Join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Customer Service Associate and be the friendly face that delivers exceptional service to our valued customers! In this energetic role, you will engage with customers to make sure their Wash service was satisfactory and ensure the vacuum areas are always stocked with towels and cleaning bottles while providing a welcoming, positive experience.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with their needs in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including vacuum stations, and mat cleaning areas as well as equipment sanitation
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for any additional cleaning or detailing requests and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collect towels and run them through the washers
- Sweep the lot and empty trash as needed

- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude that makes customers feel valued
- Ability to stand, bend, lift moderate loads, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results and excellent customer experiences
