· Reading and interpreting engineering blueprints
· Installing new production equipment
· Servicing and maintaining equipment including CNC Lathes, Lasers, and Welders Fanuc Robots, hydraulic and mechanical presses, Roller Mills, transmission systems, and production-related equipment
· Inspecting and assessing the functionality of production machines
· Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical breakdowns
· Adjusting mechanical parts using hand and machine tools
· Fabricating parts for repairs and machine upgrades
· Conducting routine maintenance and safety checks
· Maintaining a clean work area
· Performs preventative and predictive maintenance on all production and support equipment as specified in the work order instructions
· Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems
· Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
· Knowledge of programmable logic controls
· Performs mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic repair
· Work with voltage of 24v-480v
· Designs and implements needed controls for new or refurbished projects
· Helps initiate equipment procedures when updates have been instigated
· Repairs equipment by removing defective parts, replacing with new or usable test to see if repair was adequate
· Responsible for identifying parts needed for repair and getting quotes to purchase parts
· Relocates machinery when needed

· Driver's license and willingness to work overtime if necessary.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
· Valid Driver’s License
· Journeyman’s card, and/or 5-7 years’ experience in industrial maintenance
· In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance
· Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems
· Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
· Basic computer and report writing skills
· Good communication skills
· Ability to lift and manipulate heavy equipment
· Good time-management skills
