Form Flow Pilates is seeking experienced, certified Mat and Reformer Pilates Instructors to join our growing team. We are an established boutique Pilates studio with a strong clientele and are looking for confident, engaging instructors who deliver exceptional programming and an elevated client experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging Mat and/or Reformer Pilates classes.
- Provide clear cueing, corrections, modifications and progressions.
- Create thoughtful, well-structured programming for varying fitness levels.
- Maintain strong knowledge of alignment, anatomy and biomechanics.
- Build positive connections with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Arrive prepared and on time and uphold studio, equipment and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
- Mat and/or Reformer Pilates certification from a recognized program.
- Strong group instruction, cueing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of anatomy, alignment and movement principles.
- Professional, dependable and team oriented.
- Current CPR/AED certification required.
- Dance, strength, yoga or additional movement training is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
$50–$110 per class, based on experience, certifications, class format and qualifications.
Opportunities are available for early mornings, daytime, evenings and weekends, with the potential for multiple weekly classes.
We respect existing teaching commitments at other studios and welcome experienced instructors looking to add Form Flow Pilates to their schedule.
