Patient Access Representative - Value Based Care - Temporary Assignment (6 months)

POSITION DETAILS:

Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Monday - Friday, working between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm.

Location: On-Site, Downers Grove, IL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review, verify, and process patient documentation in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Communicate with patients to provide information, answer questions, and assist with administrative requests.
Coordinate and submit required documentation to external organizations, including insurance payers, as appropriate.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of patient information while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support efficient workflow and timely resolution of administrative requests.
Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally and courteously with patients, providers, and colleagues.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $18.00-24.00, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
