TEACHER – SEEKING ASSISTANT TEACHER – FULL TIME
Ages 18 Months - 3 Years, and 3-5 years. Knowledge of Montessori Philosophy preferred. Will Montessori train.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support classroom activities using Montessori principles
- Help prepare and maintain materials and classroom environment
- Supervise and care for children throughout the day
- Assist with observations, record-keeping, and daily routines
- Collaborate with staff and communicate professionally with families
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Experience working with young children
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to professional development (NYS OCFS requirements)
- Warm, patient, and joyful approach with children
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
