Job Summary
George & Associates, Consulting Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Professional Engineer/Civil Site Project Manager in our Tallahassee, Florida office. The position will coordinate engineering and design tasks as well as review AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, reports and technical specifications.
This full-time professional civil engineering position with our firm will involve participating in various civil engineering assignments, including planning, designing and permitting all improvements outside a building. This includes demolition, site grading, stormwater, sanitary sewer, access, paving, parking and utility connections for water, power, gas, coordination and supervision of on-site activities.
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Minimum designation as a Professional Engineer (PE)
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university (or equivalent experience)
- Preferred knowledge of AutoCAD / Autodesk Civil 3D
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to read and understand construction engineering plans and drawings, including sheet references
