Job Title: Associate Financial Advisor
Reports To: Senior Financial Advisor
Job Status: Full-time
Compensation: Salary + Bonus (Or Commissions)
NettWorth Financial Group is looking to find a candidate for an Associate Financial Advisor position in Cumming, GA. As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with a Senior Advisor who will be your mentor throughout the life of the position. In addition to a mentor who is an industry expert with over 30 years’ experience working in their niche market, you will have access to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Senior Advisor’s book of business
- Lead client review meetings
- Manage multiple client relationships
- Oversee and monitor portfolios for goal alignment
- Provide market quotes, place orders, rebalance accounts as directed
- Prepare financial plans and investment recommendations under supervision
- Analyze financial statements and perform calculations; suggest preliminary recommendations and run illustrations
- Research and resolve client service problems for errors as needed
- Calendar management for scheduling meetings, conference calls; appointment confirmations and appointment materials
- Maintain accurate client information in proprietary systems
- Manage all details of clients in CRM, record client appointment notes, workflows, and database lists
- Draft written and electronic correspondence, as needed
- Process cashiering and asset movement requests such as distributions, and wire and check requests.
- Ability to generate referrals, new client relationships and professional relationships
- Office administrative support as needed
- Manage new client onboarding, including paperwork, account opening, and communication
- Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills
- Industry and product knowledge
- Understanding and proficiency in regard to customer relationships, customer service, data entry, confidentiality, problem resolution and MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Experience with CRMs such as Redtail
- Experience with virtual meeting applications such as Go To Webinar, Zoom.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Energetic and outgoing personality with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Organized, meticulous, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work some evenings and on weekend depending on event schedule
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, demeanor, and appearance
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of four(4) years’ experience in the financial services industry – or equivalent combination of experience, education and/or training as approved by the firm
- Client service/relationship management experience required.
Licenses/Certifications
- FINRA Series 7, Series 65, Life and Health licensing required with a commitment to obtaining further continuing education requirements to maintain licensing

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
