We are looking for an experienced front of house bartender to join our leadership team as Manager. We have an exciting schedule of live music, events, and fall sports ahead. We and are looking for experienced bartenders who are skilled managers and thrive in a busy environment.
Pay based on experience. Generous hourly rate + tips, with opportunity for rapid pay advancement based on performance. Shifts are primarily bartending and front of house management with some administrative hours available.
We have positions available for a variety of day/evening, weekday and weekend hours. This position requires some weekend availability and will be responsible for helping to manage the weekend front of house at our busy and energetic bar and grill that has a full season of live music booked. Bartending experience required, manager experience preferred, and craft beer knowledge a plus. Familiarity with working in a live music environment is a bonus and experience with food and kitchen management is helpful.
We are a unique lodge-style bar and grill with vast outdoor space located along Mehaffey Bridge road and bike path. Our large outdoor garden filled with picnic table seating is a popular destination spring through fall, and the winter we are a mecca for snowmobile traffic and other winter sports. We offer live music during the week, great food specials on the weekend, and a neighborhood pub vibe. Club 76 The Lodge is the proud home to North Liberty's American Legion Post 1976.
