At Bambu, we specialize in handcrafted Vietnamese dessert drinks, milk teas, smoothies, coffees, and other specialty beverages. Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks and desserts according to recipes
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
- Wash dishes and maintain a clean work area
- Restock ingredients and supplies
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work together with teammates to provide a great customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Weekend and evening availability is preferred
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Bilingual in Vietnamese or Spanish is a plus, but not required
Experience
No experience is required—we're happy to train the right person! Experience in food service, coffee shops, boba shops, restaurants, or retail is a plus.
