Multifamily Estimator | Up to $140K+
This family-owned contractor has been building for more than 45 years and has completed over $1.5 billion in multifamily construction, representing more than 15,000 units. Its portfolio includes affordable, market-rate, senior, student housing, and mixed-use developments throughout Ohio and beyond.
What makes this company stand out is how collaborative the entire construction process is. Estimators are not sitting behind a desk simply turning over numbers—they work closely with preconstruction leadership, operations, project teams, architects, owners, and subcontractors from the earliest stages of a project through handoff.
This is an opportunity to join a financially stable contractor with a strong backlog, experienced leadership, and the resources to pursue complex projects—without losing the close-knit environment of a family-owned company.
