Ally Psychiatry is seeking a PRN/Weekend Psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatric care in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for flexible weekend work, supplemental income, or a part-time commitment without a full-time schedule.

Inpatient psychiatry

Adult and geriatric patient populations

Psychiatric consultations and evaluations

Medication management and treatment planning

Supervision and collaboration with PMHNPs and other clinical staff

Strong midlevel support
-
Flexible scheduling based on facility needs and physician availability

Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric psychiatric patients
-
Conduct psychiatric consultations and follow-up evaluations
-
Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
-
Provide medication management
-
Collaborate with nursing, therapists, social workers, and other members of the treatment team

Provide clinical supervision and support to midlevel providers
-
Participate in discharge planning and coordination of ongoing care

Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Flexible PRN scheduling

Requirements:

MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

Active Florida medical license
-
DEA registration
-
Strong clinical and communication skills

Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
