We are hiring Customer Support Associates to join our expanding Sacramento-area team. In this role, you will be the face of AT&T for customers in your community — explaining service options, guiding purchasing decisions, and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
As a Customer Support Associate, you will be out in the community engaging with people, thinking on your feet, and developing skills in customer engagement, business development, and problem solving that will serve you for life.
Customer Support Associate - WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Engage with customers in the Sacramento area to present AT&T Fiber, Wireless, and Cable service options
- Deliver a consultative, customer-first experience, listening to needs and recommending the right solutions
- Build trust and lasting relationships through professional, enthusiastic community engagement
- Handle customer questions and objections with confidence, empathy, and clear communication
- Contribute to team sales goals while maintaining exceptional service quality
- Participate in ongoing training focused on sales technique, business development, and leadership skills
- Identify opportunities to grow your territory and expand your personal book of business
- Collaborate with Customer Support Associate teammates and leadership to continuously improve processes and performance
