Responsibilities: • Lead business requirements, elicitation, and stakeholder engagement to define project objectives and business needs. • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and actionable deliverables for technical teams. • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and project delivery teams to ensure alignment. • Support solution design by validating business requirements and ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Coordinate requirements management, traceability, and change control throughout the project lifecycle. • Support testing activities, including defining acceptance criteria and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Identify and communicate business risks, issues, dependencies, and recommendations to project leadership. • Provide ongoing business analysis support through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities • PeopleSoft Payroll Knowledge, experience with banking/direct deposit validation. Experience working with banking vendors.
