Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and growing client relationships through supporting Account Management
- Coordinate candidate placements and ensure smooth onboarding processes
- Follow up on leads and assist in converting new business opportunities
- Partner with recruiters to fill open positions efficiently
- Manage daily communication with clients and consultants
- Attend job fairs, networking events, and conferences
- Maintain accurate records and improve workflow processes
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, scheduling, customer service, or business development
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
