We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hungry, and completely self-sourcing Business Development Manager (BDM) to hunt for new B2B clients who need a steady stream of qualified sales leads.
This is a 100% commission-based, self-sourced role. In exchange for your independence and prospecting expertise, we offer an industry-leading 40% commission split on every deal you close. If you know how to open doors, pitch high-ticket agency services, and want a direct correlation between your effort and your income, this is the perfect role for you.
What You Will Do
- End-to-End Prospecting: Completely self-source your own pipeline. You will identify, target, and reach out to B2B companies (e.g., tech companies, marketing agencies, software development shops, professional services) that need more B2B leads.
- Multichannel Outreach: Utilize your own preferred channels—whether that’s cold email, LinkedIn networking, cold calling, or leveraging your existing network—to book discovery calls.
- Consultative Selling: Run discovery calls, understand the prospect’s pain points, present our outbound execution capabilities, and close the contract.
- Pipeline Management: Manage your own sales funnel from initial touchpoint to signed contract.
