Glenwood Systems is a healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company helping physician practices improve their billing, credentialing, and payor contract processes. We're growing fast and need a motivated cold caller to convert our warm physician leads into booked appointments for our sales team.
You'll be calling physician offices and medical practices that have already shown interest in our services — these are not random cold lists. You'll focus on reaching practice managers and office administrators to schedule a short introductory call with our team.
What You'll Do
- Call physician offices and medical practices from a curated lead list
- Introduce Glenwood Systems' RCM services (billing optimization, credentialing, payor contract review)
- Ask for the practice manager or office administrator when the physician is unavailable
- Qualify leads and book appointments on the sales calendar
- Log call outcomes and notes after every call
- Follow up persistently with multi-touch sequences (call + email + voicemail)
- Meet weekly appointment-setting targets
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of cold calling or phone sales experience — healthcare, medical, or B2B preferred
- Confident, professional phone presence — comfortable talking to busy medical offices
- Resilient and self-motivated — you don't take "no" personally
- Basic CRM or spreadsheet skills for logging calls
- Clear, neutral American English accent
- Reliable home office setup for remote days (stable internet, quiet space)
Nice to have:
- Experience calling into physician or dental offices
- Familiarity with medical billing or RCM terminology (EHR, credentialing, payor contracts)
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
