- Being proficient with all positions on the line and able to step in and fill any role when necessary
- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Careful handling of food, ensuring proper food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times
- Execute food preparation tasks efficiently to maintain smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours
- Use knife skills expertly to chop, slice, dice, and portion ingredients accurately
- Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality control
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction with every plate delivered
Experience
- Previous experience working in a restaurant
- Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Skills in meal preparation, and food presentation are desirable
