The Asphalt Laborer is responsible for assisting paving and sealcoating crews with the installation, repair, and maintenance of asphalt surfaces. This position requires a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions while maintaining Brooks’ high standards for quality, safety, and customer service.
