Position: Dispatcher

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple phone lines, assist customers with orders, support salespeople, and coordinate operators' destinations.
- Work efficiently with two monitors and monitor TEAMS groups for orders and information.
- Read and understand maps, find information online, and order permits for pumps to travel across states.
- Adhere to Federal DOT regulations, including Hours of Service (HOS).
- React promptly and accurately to dynamic situations.
- Maintain precision in all tasks.
- Type quickly while on calls and demonstrate strong computer skills with a willingness to learn.
- Be prompt, dependable, and have good memory skills.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for timely dispatch of freight.
- Utilize transportation management systems and GPS for route optimization.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, ensuring clear phone etiquette.
- Analyze data to improve dispatching efficiency and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments and data entry tasks.
- Provide support to ll of TX and our Arkansas branch
- Oversee fleet management and shipping processes to ensure smooth operations.
