Florida Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. is seeking a professional HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

We're looking for a technician, not a parts changer. We believe in diagnosing systems correctly, communicating honestly with customers, and doing the job right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform maintenance and system evaluations.
- Clearly communicate findings and repair options to customers.
- Follow company processes and complete all required job documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Maintain a clean and properly stocked company vehicle.
- Work efficiently while delivering high quality service.
- Perform other job related duties as assigned.
What We Expect
- Minimum two years of HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic ability.
- Professional appearance and communication.
- Comfortable communicating with residential and commercial customers.
- Ability to follow company systems and procedures.
- Works well as part of a professional team.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Comfortable working longer hours during peak demand season.
Compensation
- $22.00 to $35.00 per hour based on experience and performance.
- Top technicians have opportunities for increased pay and advancement based on performance.
Schedule
Full time position. We strive to provide consistent full time hours, with overtime opportunities available during peak demand.

Tools & Equipment
Florida Air provides major equipment including vacuum pumps, recovery machines, and specialty tools. Technicians are expected to supply their own basic hand tools.
