South Hadley: Flexible days3-6/7
Chicopee: Flexible days, 3 days/week 4-6
Florence: Monday-Friday2:30-4:30 *Family has requested a male staff*

Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disorders. Behavior Technicians implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home or school settings
- Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
- Collect accurate data during therapy sessions
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional relationship with clients and families
- Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding client progress
- Follow ethical and professional standards at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, autism, childcare, education, or related fields)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations
- Ability to pass background checks
