As a Shift Lead, you own daily operations during your shift, ensuring the team delivers an outstanding guest experience while upholding Vale's hospitality standards.

Create SOPs and ensure all staff members are trained to the latest standards

- Legally authorized to work in the United States

2+ years of café, food service, or hospitality experience

(Strongly Preferred) Prior supervisory or shift-lead experience

Food handler's permit or ability to obtain one

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
$26 – $32 per hour
