American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring 2+ years of experience and fetal monitoring certification on the night shift.

Work in the Labor & Delivery / Women's Services unit of a hospital environment
-
Unit includes 9 L&D beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and a 3-bed OB ED

Patient ratios of 1-2

Dedicated CRNA and midwife in-house 24/7 with OBGYN on call

Unit secretary and scrub tech support available

Documentation systems used include CPN and Meditech

Performs procedures such as circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 administration, postpartum hemorrhage management using the JADA system, and nitrous oxide administration
-
13-week assignment on night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Requires 4 weekend shifts per month

May float to Mother/Baby unit or other departments to task
