Job Summary
We are seeking dynamic and experienced Landscape Operations Managers to lead and oversee all aspects of outdoor grounds maintenance, landscaping, and construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate teams, manage landscaping operations, and ensure the successful execution of diverse outdoor projects. Your leadership will drive excellence in lawn care, plant health, hardscape installation, irrigation management, and grounds maintenance. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape crews in daily operations, ensuring high-quality work in lawn care, planting, pruning, and grounds maintenance.
- Oversee landscape maintenance activities including irrigation system management, hardscape installation, tree care, and gardening tasks.
- Coordinate construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring safety standards and project timelines are met.
- Manage team schedules, assign tasks effectively, and monitor crew performance to promote productivity and safety.
- Operate or oversee the operation of grounds maintenance equipment (Loaders and Tree lifts) and company vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Identify plants accurately for proper care and troubleshooting plant health issues; implement horticultural best practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards across all outdoor work activities.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in landscape or grounds maintenance with strong team management skills. *5 Years experience minimum
- Extensive outdoor work experience with knowledge of lawn care, landscaping techniques, plant identification, and horticulture principles.
- Familiarity with irrigation systems management and troubleshooting.
- Experience managing construction projects involving hardscape or landscape installation.
- Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely; certification in equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate multiple projects effectively.
- Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred.
- Licensed to work in the United States. E-Verify will be completed upon acceptance.

Pay: $65,344.71 - $76,651.70 per year
