EY RESPONSIBILITIES(other duties as assigned):

Production Quality Control
- Perform first-off inspections in all areas

Perform inspections for all components shipping to Customers
- Perform production audits as needed
-
Perform daily dock audits
-
Immediately alert any product issues to management
-
Take part measurements using various hand tools
-
Perform Smoke Time testing
-
Quality Assurance
-
Assist with ISO and IATF compliance
-
Perform needed Quality Management Program audits
-
Assist with PPAPs
-
Assist with creation/update of work instructions
-
Verify correct tools/bits/routers/etc. being used for parts
-
Create/track calibrations for all tools
-
Monitor Inventory Levels
-
Ensure shipping labels match inventory on skid
-
Perform periodic inventory audits/inspections
-
Production Support
-
Provide back-up support for various production roles, when needed.
-
Maintain forklift certification
-
Support plant safety initiativemaintain safety protocols within all areas of production
-
Report any and all issues to a member of management
-
Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the RMCAT Employee Handbook
