We're looking for a creative, organized, and community-focused Social Media Manager to help grow our brand and build meaningful relationships with our customers and ambassadors.
About the Role
As our Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for managing Creway Golf's social media presence across multiple platforms. You'll create engaging content, interact with our community, help grow our audience, and recruit and manage brand affiliates who genuinely love our products.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, staying on top of trends, and building relationships.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Write captions and develop content that aligns with our brand voice.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Engage with followers and other golf-related accounts to help grow our community.
- Find, recruit, and manage brand affiliates and ambassadors.
- Coordinate affiliate product shipments and campaign communication.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
- Work with our team to promote new product launches, sales, and campaigns.
- Track social media performance and suggest ways to improve engagement and growth.
- Help maintain a consistent brand presence across all social channels.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable using Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience creating content for social media.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Knowledge of influencer or affiliate marketing.
- Interest in golf or the golf industry.
- Photography or short-form video editing experience.
