What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lawn care – mowing, edging, trimming, and maintaining properties to a high standard
- Floor scrubbing and deep cleaning of hard surfaces
- Pressure washing – driveways, sidewalks, buildings, and other exterior surfaces
- Carpet cleaning using professional equipment
- Various other facilities maintenance and special projects as assigned by management
You’ll work both indoors and outdoors, stay active, and tackle a wide range of hands-on tasks that keep our properties looking sharp and well-maintained.
Position Details:
- 30–35 hours per week
- Pay: $18 – $19 per hour
- $500 Sign-On Bonus for new employees
