The Holiday Inn Express Edgewood is looking for a part-time breakfast attendant to join our team! This position is 2-3 days a week (MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS) and applicant must be able to work between the hours of 5:30am-11am. Responsibilities include:
- Preparation of the breakfast buffet in compliance with Harford County food safety regulations
- Maintain clean and must sanitize all kitchen and breakfast areas during all hours of the shift.
- Greet each guest as they arrive for breakfast and respond to guest inquires. Report to management for resolution regarding any complaints/issues.
- Refill all breakfast items during breakfast hours and replenish all times as preparation for the next day.
- Ensure all items are fully stocked and make management aware of any items insufficient.
- Construct rapport and be attentive with all guests while problem solving in a timely manner.
- Ensure all tables and countertops are clean from clutter during and after breakfast hours.
- Check and perform daily inventory and complete weekly food ordering.
- Must be available to work during the hours of 5:30am-11am on Weekends.
