Position Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Wire EDM Machinist prepared to enter a discipline defined by precision, patience, and technical rigor. This is not high-speed production machining. It is deliberate, detail-intensive work where microns are the differentiator between part acceptance or rejection.
The right candidate understands that mastery in this trade is earned slowly. The environment requires sustained concentration, respect for process control, and tolerance for exacting standards. Conditions include long machine cycles, meticulous setups, technical troubleshooting, and a commitment to continuous refinement.
This role offers a pathway into advanced manufacturing for individuals motivated by accuracy, craftsmanship, and disciplined problem-solving.
If you seek constant motion and rapid turnover, this role will frustrate you.
If you seek precision, discipline, and technical mastery — we want YOU!
