Role Overview:
As an In-Home Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality personal care to our clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our care team to enrich the lives of our clients through individualized support. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working varying hours, making a significant impact on the lives of those you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.

Assist clients with grooming, toileting, and meal preparation.

Engage clients in recreational activities and companionship.

Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.

Provide transportation and support clients during outings.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you possess the following skills.
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Direct Care Worker (DCW).

Experience in in-home caregiving or related fields.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to enhancing client well-being.

Ability to work independently and as part of a larger team.
Bonus If You:
- Speak additional languages to communicate with a wider client base.

Have experience in meal planning and preparation.

Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available in both Full-Time and Part-Time capacities, with flexible hours including weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only, serving the Kennett Square area in Pennsylvania.
