Qualifications
- Must meet Colorado Lead Teacher qualifications.
- Minimum PDIS Level 2
- Experience working with toddlers in a licensed early childhood setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and passionate about early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
- Maintain licensing standards and classroom documentation.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to provide exceptional care and education.
