Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth through exceptional customer engagement and strategic sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their demands.
Responsibilities
The Sales Representative will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service along with assessing customers’ need
Maintains exceptional knowledge of appliances/ parts including product features as the industry changes.
Understand inventory system and ensure appliance/ parts are in stock or potential availability to communicate to customers.
Maintains knowledge of computer software systems and other technology systems.
Ensure daily sales transactions are completed accurately, maintaining awareness of detail.
Team up with co-workers to provide superior customer service
Responsible for maintaining cash drawers and balancing cash, credit cards and checks transactions daily. Preparing daily cash-out reports accurately.
Completes required training in the expected time-frame and participates in ongoing learning opportunities. Training may require off-site and overnight travel.
Ensure store is clean, presentable and product is well displayed.
Adheres to company policies/procedures and protocols.
Performs other duties as assigned.
- Must be available to work Monday through Saturday.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
