We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Warehouse Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep, safety, and appearance of our facility in Honolulu, HI. This position works closely with the Facility Manager to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
The ideal candidate is a reliable team player who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and has experience with general building maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Facility Manager with general maintenance and facility improvement projects.
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks, including:
- Painting and touch-up work
- Light plumbing repairs
- Changing light bulbs and basic lighting maintenance
- Drywall repair and patching
- Hanging pictures, signs, and fixtures
- Moving furniture, equipment, and materials
- Other facility-related projects as assigned
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional-looking facility.
- Perform daily cleanup duties at the beginning of the shift and before leaving at the end of the workday.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance, as Monday through Friday attendance is an essential function of the position.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in building maintenance, warehouse maintenance, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of facility repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Work Environment
This position works primarily in a warehouse environment and may be exposed to:
- Moving mechanical equipment and parts
- Dust and airborne particles
- Loud noises and vibrations
- Varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
The successful candidate must be able to safely perform physical tasks associated with facility maintenance, including standing, walking, lifting, bending, and working with tools and equipment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
