Position Summary
As a Pad Cutter / Production Associate, you'll help keep production running safely and efficiently by loading materials, packaging finished products, maintaining a clean work area, and working with your team to produce high-quality products.
Essential Duties
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Remove scrap materials.
· Load fiber materials onto conveyors.
· Prepare cartons, pallets and packaging materials.
· Package finished products.
· Stack completed cartons on pallets.
· Inspect product quality.
· Communicate material needs to supervisor.
· Assist other production lines.
· Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
· Meet production goals.
· Maintain dependable attendance.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required: Ability to read, write, and communicate in English; follow instructions; basic math; teamwork.
Preferred: High school diploma/GED, manufacturing experience, familiarity with weights and measures, forklift experience.
Physical Requirements
Stand for 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
