- Optimar Precon (optimarprecon.com) — Offshore preconstruction services including CAD drafting, BIM modeling, and cost estimating for construction and real estate projects across the US and UK.
We are looking for a driven Sales Consultant to grow our client base across both verticals in the US and UK markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients across construction, preconstruction industry in the US and UK.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
- Present and position Optimar's offerings — staffing & consulting solutions (Optimar Consulting) and offshore preconstruction services including CAD, BIM & estimating (Optimar Precon) — tailored to each client's needs.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline; track leads, follow-ups, and conversions diligently.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery and project teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and solution delivery.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets by closing deals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in construction, preconstruction industry.
- Strong existing network within the US and/or UK construction, preconstruction is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven and results-oriented — comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
- Fully comfortable with a commission-based model where earnings are tied to successful closures.
