Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and engaging Nanny / Caregiver to join our growing Bay Area childcare team. This role focuses on providing attentive, high-quality care for children of various ages in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and developmentally appropriate care for children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Engage children in age-appropriate activities that support learning, creativity, motor skills, and social-emotional development
- Support daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, bathing, and nap times
- Maintain a clean and organized environment by completing light housekeeping related to childcare areas
- Monitor children’s needs and respond calmly and professionally in emergency situations, administering basic first aid when necessary
- Encourage independence, positive behavior, and healthy routines through nurturing guidance
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with families and the care coordination team regarding schedules and care updates
Qualifications
- Previous experience caring for children, including infants and/or toddlers
- Understanding of basic child development principles and age-appropriate caregiving practices
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Warm, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to different family routines and environments
- Experience with children with special needs is a plus, but not required
