Duties
- Actively prospect and generate new sales opportunities for sprayer booms and used agricultural equipment within an existing database of over 40,000 customers to start with.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products, including sprayer booms, equipment specs, and industry trends.
- Advise customers on the best solutions for their specific needs, offering tailored recommendations.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics, reporting to management regularly.
- Provide excellent post-sale support, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
- Assist in resolving any issues related to equipment purchases, warranty claims, or service needs.
Sales Operations
- Prepare and send quotes
- Coordinate and work closely with the service, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer experience.
- Track customer interactions and opportunities within the CRM system
- Assist with marketing outreach and promotional efforts to manage and expand sales in assigned regions, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and customer feedback.
- Experience in account management and territory management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and product knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing customer relationships.
