What You’ll Do
- Sort and process lumber (cutting, ripping, gluing, finger jointing)
- Operate woodworking machinery, including finger joint equipment
- Measure and verify parts for accuracy and quality
- Match and glue wood pieces to create finished panels
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Work with team members to keep production moving

Woodworking or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required—we will train the right person.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM
- 8+ hour shifts
- Occasional Saturday mornings as needed
