Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing various construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with the client's expectations. This role requires strong project coordination skills and familiarity with construction management software.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera for project tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the preparation of project estimates, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any potential risks or issues that may arise.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy access by team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, ProCore, Primavera, Prolog, or similar construction management software is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction estimating processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating problem-solving skills.

Pay: $55,419.00 - $60,568.00 per year
