Morin Repair Service is seeking an experienced Rotating Equipment Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical systems and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of industrial equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, however, other duties may apply.)

Perform highly diversified duties to install and/or maintain Pumps, Gearboxes, Blowers, Heat Exchangers and other possible specialty plant equipment. Intimate knowledge via training and experience with the mechanical working of said equipment

Provide both planned and unplanned emergency/unscheduled support concerning the repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, centrifugal, pneumatic, hydraulic pump and systems troubleshooting and repair of equipment and or plant fluid handling systems.

Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments

Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, components, equipment and plant facilities.

Use a variety of precision, hand, power tools, testing meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Requirements:
Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move up to 80 pounds
2 years Rotating Equipment or Mechanical Experience
