About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will help maximize profitability, ensure smooth customer transactions, and support our ongoing growth. Your primary goal will be to guide clients through their financial options with clarity, explain terms, and recommend solutions that enhance their ownership experience.
You'll be responsible for:
- Present finance and insurance products to customers, clearly explaining their benefits and options.
- Maximize profitability while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions to secure favorable financing terms.
- Process credit applications and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to finance for our customers.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing any financing-related questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated success as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
- Proficient with Automotive technology (Reynolds & Reynolds and CRM).
- Experience with JM&A is preferred, but not required.
