Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in streamlining development, testing, and production environments to support mission success. You will collaborate closely with development and operations teams to automate processes, enhance system reliability, and improve deployment efficiency. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality software solutions while maintaining a robust infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software delivery.
Collaborate with software developers to optimize code deployment and application performance.
Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to ensure scalability and reliability.
Automate operational processes using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system health and performance.
Work with security teams to enforce best practices and ensure compliance across environments.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in a related field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline)
Proven experience in a DevOps role or similar position.
Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (IaC) tools.
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
Understanding of networking, databases, and system administration.

Salary Range Information:
Salary range information is provided as a general guideline and does not include our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted range based upon the position level, job responsibilities, location, experience, required degrees, required certifications, experience with specific technologies, organizational needs, and other factors.
Junior DevOps Engineer: Requires a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or 4 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma. Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000
DevOps Engineer: Requires 7 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or 11 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma. Salary Range: $150,000 - $190,000
Senior DevOps Engineer: Requires 14 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or 18 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma. Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
Principal DevOps Engineer: Requires 20 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Science degree in a related field, or 24 years of relevant experience with a High School Diploma. Salary Range: $210,000 - $250,000
