TheRigger I is responsible for the rigging of equipment or materials to be liftedand installed in a safe manner. The Rigger I will work closely with all craftsto ensure that proper techniques and rigging equipment are utilizied.
TheRigger I shall work untill the appropriate time has occurred that the necessaryknowledge and experience, by testing and certification, have been met to enablethe Rigger I to advance.
STARCON is a merit shopcontractor supporting a team working environment. As such, all team members will be requiredfrom time to time to perform other duties that they are qualified to perform,outside of this job description and their normal work function.
Work Environment:
The normal workenvironment will be in an industrial facility where exposure to outdoor weatherconditions is possible and where proper PPE is required for a variety ofpotential hazards.
