Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Duties:
- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with servers to ensure efficient service
Skills:
- Experience in guest services and customer service
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Familiarity with OPENTABLE OR any other Reservation Systems
- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
