- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and database updates.
- Coordinate office supplies, mail, shipments, and general office needs.
- Support team members with administrative projects and special assignments.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service as needed.
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to pick up on new technology quickly
- Ability to multitask
- Must possess wonderful organizational skills
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
