About the Role
As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance by delivering high-quality preventative maintenance services. You will utilize your technical expertise to diagnose vehicle needs, execute precise repairs, and contribute to a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities-
Execute routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including oil changes, fluid exchanges, and filter replacements to ensure optimal engine health.

Conduct thorough visual safety and courtesy inspections to identify potential mechanical issues before they escalate.

Perform professional tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation to maximize tire longevity and vehicle handling.

Replace essential components such as batteries, belts, and hoses to maintain vehicle reliability.

Uphold a high standard of shop cleanliness and organization to promote efficiency and workplace safety.

Support team objectives by assisting with various shop maintenance duties and collaborating on complex service tasks.
Qualifications-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Proven ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for extended periods, and bending.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to performing accurate, high-quality work.

Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn from experienced automotive professionals.

Prior experience in an automotive service or repair environment.

Demonstrated interest in pursuing or completing ASE certifications.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
