Kitchen Staff
- Full-Time or Part-Time Available
- Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Must be available on weekends and holidays
- Fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow
Kitchen Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes and company standards.
- Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients.
- Marinate meats and prepare proteins for daily service.
- Cook and fry chicken and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assemble and package takeout and delivery orders accurately and efficiently.
- Label and organize prepared ingredients and food items.
- Restock ingredients, packaging supplies, and kitchen stations throughout the shift.
- Wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, fryers, sinks, refrigerators, storage areas, and kitchen equipment throughout the shift and at closing.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
- Properly label, date, and rotate food using the First In, First Out (FIFO) inventory method.
- Remove trash and recycling, and keep the kitchen clean and organized at all times.
- Report low inventory, equipment issues, or food quality concerns to management.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned by management.
