Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Night Auditor to join our team at Home2 Suites. The ideal candidate should have a background in hotel or hospitality management and possess excellent customer service skills. Overnight experience preferred. Wednesday-Saturday, 10:00pm-6:00am
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage reservations and room assignments
-Perform all duties assigned
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Proficiency in guest services and front desk operations
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
