Position Title: Sales Account Manager (Mexico)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA & Mexico City, CDMX, Mexico
(Travel to Mexico and within the U.S. required)
Responsibilities:

Lead and represent Nongshim in the Mexico market, building and strengthening strategic relationships with key distributors, importers, and customers to drive sustainable business growth.

Develop and execute sales strategies and business plans for the Mexico market, including distribution expansion, channel development, and revenue growth initiatives.

Oversee the full order-to-cash process, including sales orders, shipping, invoicing, and collections, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.

Manage and optimize Goods Issue (GI) and Goods Receipt (GR) processes, establishing controls and improving operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Collaborate with internal teams (SCM, Logistics, Finance, Marketing) and external partners to resolve complex delivery, inventory, and payment issues, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Take ownership of accounts receivable management, including aging analysis, credit risk assessment, and resolution of deductions, driving timely collections and minimizing financial exposure.

Lead negotiations with key customers and distributors, including pricing, contracts, and promotional agreements.

Drive market expansion by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new distributors, partners, and business opportunities in Mexico.

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, pricing, and regulatory changes, and provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

Plan and oversee marketing and promotional activities in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and increase market share.

Establish and monitor KPIs (sales volume, revenue, distribution coverage, AR aging, etc.), and regularly report performance and forecasts to leadership.

Provide leadership, guidance, and performance management for team members (if applicable), ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Continuously improve sales processes, systems utilization, and operational workflows to enhance overall efficiency and scalability.

Perform other strategic and operational duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications

Spanish and English proficiency required

5-10 year of sales or international business experience preferred

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred

Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Valid Driver’s License

Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
