What You’ll Do
- Greet and support plasma donors throughout their visit
- Perform phlebotomy (venipuncture) and operate plasma collection equipment
- Monitor donors during the donation process and respond to reactions
- Check vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature)
- Collect and record donor information and test samples
- Maintain clean, stocked, and safe work areas
- Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 32 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs)
- Comfortable working in a clinical setting (including frequent glove use)
- Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred
